My Story…
I’ve been having migraines my whole life, and I was finally diagnosed with having chronic migraines about twenty years ago. Through the years they had started to process so much that they had started to take over my life. There isn’t a day that I don’t wake up and pray for it to be a pain free day, and that I can make it through the day without triggering another one. There’s so much stress added on with not knowing when or where they are going to hit. Because when they do hit, there’s the stress of how bad is the pain going to be, and will I be able to make it through the day without letting anyone down. It’s not just me that suffers from it, but also my family that suffers when I have one. There have been countless times when a migraine will hit, and we would be somewhere and have to leave early, or cancel on doing something because the pain is so severe. I am also so incredibly blessed to have them as my supporters and for them to be there for me when I’m at my worst.
