Walk the Ache Away is my team name! I would love everyone to join and come walk to support! If you cant come out I would appreciate any donation in supporting the research for migraines. Over the last few years research has come a long way in leading to a better understanding the causes, treatments, and prevention strategies. As many of you know I have been suffering with migraines for years. I wish I could say that they have gotten better. Unfortunately as I get older they have only gotten worse. I am still hopeful that one day I will be migraine FREE!! If not I would love to spread the awareness on how important it is to keep the research going for migraines!!
